Students will explore cost behaviors, cost-volume-profit analysis, budgeting techniques, and performance measurement systems. The course is designed to equip students with the skills necessary to analyze and interpret accounting information for internal use, aiding in the planning, controlling, and decision-making processes essential for effective management. Operational strategies will be discussed around developing budgets and setting up Freedom V’s within organizations to foster a financial strategy for self-governance.
